LIPHE4 was established, from the beginning, to “go against the wind”. We have the mission to show society the existence of a large amount of uncomfortable knowledge, excluded from sustainability discussions. As could likely have been expected from the get-go, our inflow of essential research funds runs along a “bumpy road”. That’s the nature of the beast when conducting the type of research we consider most useful and urgent. For this reason, we have no shame in humbly admitting to needing unconventional forms of help.

Our guarantee to you, current or potential future funders, is that we are a non-profit organization in the truest senses of the term. We use any and all donations received to: (1) cover the bare-minimum running expenses of the association; (2) funding, at the menial rate set by public law, research activities on unorthodox and often uncomfortable topics; and (3) giving fellowships to young researchers, either those from developing countries or those of other countries that deserve to be given an opportunity.
